O[sg_popup id=”1″][/sg_popup][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A great “therapy” for stressed out caregivers: “Love a Dog.” If you don’t have one, ask if a friend will allow you to love on their dog. Within moments, a loving dog will help lighten your heart, calm your nerves, and generally (and genuinely) help your disposition improve!

Most caregivers I know ( including myself) don’t require exotic distractions, we are looking for comfort, calm, and love.  Dogs just beg to give that to people, so spend time with a four-footed friend!
